5.0 out of 5 stars Lecky Man is funny, brilliant and relentless!, 1 May 2000
By A Customer
Brilliant......Cowhig charts a 26 year career working for the once nationalised Manweb electricity board with warmth and true Liverpudlian sincerity. This collection of short stories delivers from beginning to end and never fails to displease. From the hilarious 'Tommy and the Monkey', (a self-acclaimed 'man of action' is confronted by one of his primate cousins) to the touching 'The Chinese Sideboard' (a refreshing tale of a customers past loves), this book oozes with comic brilliance.

Whether you are interested in Liverpool or not, this is an extremely funny, talk-bits-out-loud book which will almost certainly touch a button with everyone who reads it. Buy it today!
