Product Description

Gil Gordon Telecommuting Expert 2000

"Having been involved in this field since 1982, and having seen dozens and dozens of telework/telecommuting manuals, books and guides, I think I am qualified to separate the substance from the hot air. The book you are holding is as substantial, practical, and useful as they come. It is not only thorough and comprehensive, but it is also highly readable and a source of the occasional chuckle due to the excellent cartoons. More important, it is balanced: it is not a sales pitch for telework in its various forms, but a resource that helps you understand the pros and cons in depth and then enables you to decide on the appropriate course of action. As such, it is a refreshing departure from many of the similar guides on the market these days", --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.

The Scotsman 1999

"Read it before you take the plunge", (Mail on Sunday 1999) "A perfect example of how teleworkers around the country can collaborate a comprehensive guide to the perils as well as the benefits - it does not pull punches", --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.
