OK - but not very high level material. I would say that this book is aimed at your local business start-up seeking a loan from the local bank. If you are a serious entrepreneur seeking venture capital backing, or an executive seeking board approval for a new project, then I would advise you to read Richard Stutely's "The Definitive Business Plan."

I have read dozens of books on business planning and this is by far the best. I have encouraged all of my clients to read this book and they have all benefited from the information. Hazelgren writes clearly and with great business sense. Covello's financial examples are also helpful.

This book doesn't bog you down with irrelevant info. It's to the point and concise... Great job. May be to "American" for some people, though.
