5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Pini!, 29 Oct 1998
By A Customer
For those who prefer the art of Wendy Pini, this is the book for you. It is part of a series of phonebook-format collections of the more recent series and features the characters we all know and love. After Rayek whisked the palace away from the time the Wolfriders existed in, they slept for 10,000 years awaiting the return of Cutter's family. Surely they did not spend the entire span of time completely unconscious! This book follows the dreams they had as they were suspended in timeless slumber--and the intriguing message this brings to the tribe. Although this series is done by the original artist, don't be fooled. Both the beautiful art and the lovely writing are part of Wendy's newer, more mature style--and boy, is it a treat! A "must-read", as Siskel and Eibert might say.
