This book changed and saved my life. Master Chia describes in a clear, step by step and easy to follow language and explanatories pictures and diagrams, the organ balancing and detox exercises (from a holistic or mind-body perspective), you will found visualization and respiratory techniques based on the principles of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. You can use this effective and safe exercises as a every day routine. This book helped me to recover from a blood disease called Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, to get rid of medications (corticosteroids with a lot of severe side effects) and avoid surgery . I want to thank Master Chia for share with us this valuable knowledge.

This book will allow readers to easily understand and implement Taoist health practices which will provide much needed stress relief. A primer on Toist meditation, this is a great book for Westerners to start with. As with all of Master Chia's works, this book presents rare information in a concise and very understandable format.

I bought this book maybe 15 years ago, and I'm still using the exercises for self-maintenance. It took some practice to get to the point where I could feel all my different organs independently, and some trips to the library to get a clearer idea of where exactly everything was inside my body, in addition to following the exercises and diagrams in the book, but using the healing sounds, I was soon getting huge amounts of stagnant energy cleared out. The feelings were of burning at times as the energy came out of my body, almost toxic-feeling. I can't really argue with such a direct experience of moving the bad energy -- it really works.

Actually, I found I could do cycles of the healing sounds whilst walking around the streets, so I was clearing on and off all day at times. Now I just use them from time to time if I feel discomfort in any of my organs, and once in a while for a more serious session to clean more thoroughly.

This really is the foundation of so much of the other work with Chi. It is easy to get distracted with the external stuff, but the stronger you are internally, the better everything else is going to work. It certainly has helped me a great deal, in any case.
