as a sufferer of candida for the past 15 years, i was looking for a book that would give me information concerning the disease of candida and the connection it had with yeast.a yeast infection/overgrowth is hard to get rid of and causes many symptoms which leads to depression. medical practitioners are quick to disregard any talk about internal yeast infections being a health problem.this shows the modern doctor at his/her most incompetent and ignorant state.the book carefully explains what problems yeast causes and how to overcome the yeast overgrowth which is a difficult task. after reading the book i was able to get rid of my 15 year candida overgrowth and now have full health. no headaches, pains or skin problems. A 'must read' book for all healthy conscious people.
