5.0 out of 5 stars The first scholarly book about A COURSE IN MIRACLES, 10 Jan 2009
By Hugh Magee (St. Andrews, Scotland) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
It is tempting, particularly among educated people, to regard A COURSE IN MIRACLES as merely a bit of pop culture that makes no real contribution to the world of ideas. Here, in a work of stunning scholarship, the world's leading authority on the Course, Dr. Kenneth Wapnick, provides us with a brilliant analysis of A COURSE IN MIRACLES, comparing it in detail with the other belief systems with which it is most often compared. Anyone who is interested in the Course from a theological perspective would be well advised to turn to this book. It's a demanding read, but it's well worth the effort.

CANON F. HUGH MAGEE
