Product Description

Product Description

The future is brighter then ever for children with cerebral palsy -- the most common developmental disability among young people today. With advances in medicine, early intervention, and therapy, these children can maximise their potential and lead healthy, rewarding lives. But perhaps the most important influence of all comes from parents who provide constant support and encouragement. This is essential reading for all parents who want to learn about cerebral palsy and how it will affect their child and family.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent reference guide, All inclusive, 12 May 1999
By A Customer
This is one of the first books I've read on cerebal palsy. It is the most excellent resource I've found thus far. It is factual, has many resources, pictures and little excerpts of parents real life thoughts on dealing with their child and their disability. Easy to read, not heart-breaking, but very encouraging. Helps you to realize there are many options out there and a lot of hope for your child.
