Master Hee Il Cho is the best Tae Kwon Do Instructor in the World.
However this is not one of his best books.
The book should have been re named Non Contact Sparring .
Some of the Techniques are ok but he could have done a lot better. I would say its a safe introduction. Master Hee Il Chos other books are excellent. Buy it anyway book is not that expensive & make up your own mind.
