In this very simple and clear edition of augustine's sermons readers can see for themselves the sheer brilliance and wisdom of augustine. The translation is smooth and is very easy to read and would be an asset to anyone's library collection. It is easy to see within this collection of sermons why augustine is one of the central pillars of the church and why he has influenced the world we live in so much.
