5.0 out of 5 stars User friendly!, 25 Aug 2003
Written by one of the co-originators of NLP, this is a well explained, very practical resource on how to manage your brain, rather than be at the mercy of inappropriate or unwanted reactions. I found the techniques easy to use and very effective, but I think a little background knowledge of NLP is useful before reading this book, though not essential.

By A Customer
This book is witty and concise - a rare combination. An excellent first hand intro to NLP. Worth every penny simply because of the authors sense of humour!

4.0 out of 5 stars Bandler gives a brand-new look on things., 12 Dec 1998
By A Customer
Bandler is an innovator and an original thinker in the field of psychology. This book is a transcript of Bandler live in front of an audience, cutting up and cracking jokes as he is prone to do, talking about some of his unique and often practical views on how you can change your feelings, thoughts and behavior. Change is often easier than you think if you use the right method.
