Initially I was quite impressed with this book. Its roots are based from Porter, Herring however it does not bring anything new to the table in terms of CI Frameworks. Some useful evidence citations mainly from SCIP and case studies. Once again this is a pretty formulaic book in terms of CI methodologies however some useful insights in terms of do's and don'ts. Fairly brief section on sources and mainly US based although some European sources. Analysis, Ethics and legal aspects are covered as well as technology, which is more a definition of the differences between knowledge management and CI. Overall a nice introduction to CI but I did get the impression I was being sold something.
