are featured in this book, from the Salmon `Favourite Recipe' series.

Paperback format with 48 high quality pages covering 34 recipes.

This charming little book opens with an alphabetical list of the recipes contained within.
Each recipe opens with the title, the list of ingredients plus the method, finishing with a note, if appropriate.
Metric Conversion tables are given on the last page before a complete list of the titles in the Salmon series on the inside back cover.
Interspersed with sepia photographs, my particular favourite being:-
`Arundel, from the River Avon`, alongside a tasty recipe for `Sussex Potato and Cheese Cakes`.

`Pat Smith has lived in Sussex for over 40 years. She is a farmer's wife and partner in the farm. Starting work as a farm student, she gained a degree in dairying at Studley College, Warwickshire, and then managed a Guernsey herd in Sussex. She is a qualified National Women's Institute cookery judge and gives cookery demonstrations.'
