5.0 out of 5 stars intelligently thought out text. well presented and current., 19 Nov 2001
By A Customer
this book was one of the best buys i have made. it was written recently and so the information is not out dated, as the Jones' Veterinary nursing books are. it provides practical and useful information. the lab, anesthesia and medical were particularly well presented and easily understood. it is a great support book to the usual texts and i would definately recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book is a must for all veterinary students, 10 April 2001
By A Customer
This book, written by Margaret Moore MA VN, is a definate must for all veterinary students. The information contained within the book is especially reliable and relevant as it has been written by an expert from the veterinary profession who has already been through life as a veterinary nursing student. It contains detailed, professional information about all aspects of veterinary nursing such as patient care, disease diagnosis, health and safety, client advice and laboratory procedures to name but a few. The only problem about the book is that it does not contain any information about the veterinary nursing exams, such as potential questions etc. Overall though for the gaining of knowledge and to use as a textbook i would strongly recommend this book to anyone entering the veterinary profession.
