I first read this book in 1988 and still use the information and techniques shown to this day (1999). The information which is listed about fighting has proved invaluable to me I hope it does for you.

I have just started Thai Boxing and this is certinaly teaching me things I learn in my classes. It gives you background of the sport from when the writer stayed in Thailand, and is laid out very well. Certinaly recommend

An interesting look at Muay Thai and how it developed in Thailand. Dissapointingly short though and only covers the very basics. The pages dont have much information on them so the book looks larger than what you get inside.

Good light reading for a beginner or just for interest.
