This book has practically no use. It's basically a catalogue of photographs, with very little in the way of text. It tells you nothing about the "breaking power of wing chun", or even anything useful about wing chun itself...

I found this book to be very informative on Wing Chun. Master Austin Goh demonstrates the forms and training methods to perfect kicks, inch punch training and wing chun pole with full illustrations. This book includes exercises and demonstrations with and without weights to increase chi power, for conditioning and to focus breathing, mind and body to break concrete blocks and to use chopsticks as weapons. This book is for the enthusiast, martial arts student or collector, see Bruce Lee's 1 and 3 inch power punch book for a more in depth look at how to perfect that specific punch
