This is an important reference book, especially for upcoming writers. Writers can use this book as a 'single window' contact point to know their audience : literary agents, publishers, relevant magazines, script buyers etc. The contact information provided with respect to these parties is comprehensive, including their e-mail addresses, phone numbers etc. Index provided in the book comes real handy in exploring the right market for one's work.

More so, this reference provides first hand 'experience sharing' opportunity with different perspectives : first time writers sharing their trial and tribulations, successfull authors with their 'insider tips', publishers with what might interest them and many more.

Certainly a very good starting point, especially if one doesn't know what to do after that one 'life changing moment' of making a decision : 'I want to be a writer'.
