Hi, Ive just bought this book and realised what a big mistake I made. Being a student midwife, I thought that after reading the title it was a handbook for students or actual midwives, but it's not. But this is a book about midwifery care for women ('clients') who want to know more about midwives and their pregnancy choices etc. Don't get me wrong it is a VERY INTERESTING & INFORMATIVE book for these women but is a tad too basic for midwives/students. I hope this helps any other students out there who were about to buy it too. Any non-midwife who wants to read about midwives and midwifery care I'm sure it would be a good book for you though!
