If you are looking for a general book on glutamine this is your book. It did a good job of explaining the general benefits and processes of action of glutamine. However, I was looking for a little more depth on the chemistry and physiology behind glutamine. If this is what you are looking for do not buy this book. If you just want a general layman's description; I would recommend it.
