5.0 out of 5 stars Kundalini at it's best, unexployted!, 29 Jan 1999
By A Customer
After reading this book I felt like I had received all I needed to know about kundalini. It inspired me to the possibility's but also the realities or dangers of kundalini and put it all in balance with a sincere spiritual life. Most of the books you see on the shelves about kundalini seem to focus to much on what mystical powers one can achieve instead of seeing it in the context that it is, as the author clear relates, children playing with matches that are in danger of burning themselves and their higher spiritual possibilities and higher more worthy pursuits of love, purity, oneness, etc.
