The book consists of a total of 12 discussions on various topics. Each of them are easy to read and independent of each other, so you can just read one of them and then put the book away for a few weeks.

All the discussions are written as short stories and are quite intruiging to read. Most of them have made me think about the way standard procedures are set up in a company and why they don't make sense (any more). There is however also a downside to these short stories: In many cases a statement is made about a certain situation and it is presumed that the reader knows the background, where a few lines of elaboration would have been very usefull!

All in all though, a good and easy read that's well worth the money!
