Swimming Dragon is an old Taoist exercise, both I and the many people I have shared it with have found great health benefits.
To anyone with some simple understanding of things like Chi Kung and traditional Chinese Medicine and lots of perseverence, this book provides enough information to master the exercise.
As this is apparently the only current source in print, it is a must to anyone interested in this Taoist art.
