Finally someone has written a book on the specifics of the proper way to teach a person how to ski from beginner to expert, especially for me a salom course. Now I don't have to go by hear say from people that might be good skiers, but don't know how to teach, and there is a difference. Stop wasting time with on individuals myths of how to ski .

Everything you want to know is in this book: Step by step. Also the structure behind the steps is shown in a perfect way. From the first steps up to trainingplans for recreational weekend skiers and professionals. You also find hints what to do before and after skiing. They don't just tell you what, they also tell you why. Every important step is explained whith photographs. Once you got this book, you will like it.

This is the ultimate skier's guide - what to eat, how to train, how to think, how to adjust your ski, what not to do. Covers all aspects of waterskiing. Fantastic reading!
