An interesting view about the power of the brain with some surprising results, 26 Jul 2006
This book contains plenty of excercises that help you to discover hidden talents that you possess if you start to use your less dominant side of your brain.
The excercises can be a bit addictive but they are good fun and you may well be surprised by what you discover about yourself.
It is possible that a hidden talent for painting and drawing will emerge when you learn to use your less dominant hand.
I enjoyed this book. Not only did it open up my mind to be more receptive I also found that my entire style of writing and the vocabulary that I used was very different when I wrote with my less dominant hand. The results surprised me, I wasn't expecting to notice any real difference at all.
For anyone interested in how the mind works and learning to use it more effectively this is a great book.

A CLASSIC, 10 Oct 2007
This is the first Lucia book I bought and it is a blueprint of her work.
I recommend anything buy Lucia, I admit that they are all similar but her message is clear and simple, good and honest. It has helped me to understand that I am multi faceted. I have understood how to deal with those negative critical voices and how to own my vulnerability (something I have find very hard to do)
If you are dealing with major issues (addication/codependancy) join a 12 step recovery programme and buy this book and follow the excercises. I followed Lucia's advice and am feelling 100% better about my place in the world.
