Very easy to read, this book has many good tips. Deals with everything from nutrition, stretching, training, weather, power, stamina and how to build yourself up to cycle your first century. I had been in training myself for a few months when I first picked up this book and thats when I realised that I had been doing a lot of things wrong. If you want a guide thats easy to read and understand, which explains things that you had an idea about already, but in a way that you grasp the full idea, you could do worse than to get this book.
