This book is really funny, especially if you, like me, keep meaning to join the gym but somehow don't get round to it. Some of the illustrations are really good and several quotes from it have become in-jokes in our house - Easter maybe, for example. It's a good, light-hearted coffee-table kind of book, rather than a serious read. One visitor thought it was so funny that he borrowed it and lost it! Not knowing who wrote it at that time I was delighted to track it down on Amazon so I can be the proud owner once again.
