I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it considered its subject from so many diverse viewpoints. I was especially interested in Victor Frankl's book "Man's Search for Meaning," Herbert Benson's wellness theory, and connections with William James, Carl Jung, and eastern religions. The personal anecdotes also added a different dimension.Well-written, informative, thought-provoking.
