A well laid out book giving clear justifications and explainations of why the therapist uses particular words and phrases. Very useful for the therapist just starting in practice as the use of language is very imaginative and visual. The explainations of each chapter is clear and consise and enables the reader to fully understand how that particular therapy would be used in practice. A practical guide, imaginativley written.

All professional psychotherapists/hypnotherapists like myself understand the real power of metaphor. If like me though, you feel less than creative then this book is for you. Packed with ideas on how to create the necessary symbolic structures. Dip in when you are short of an idea and you will find something that will trigger your creativity.
