Product Description

Product Description

The massive success of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code (25 million copies sold worlwide) has readers eagerly awaiting his next novel The Solomon Key. Now using hints and clues left by Brown in interviews on his website and on the cover of The Da Vinci CodeGreg Taylor takes readers on an unprecedented tour of the new book before it is even released. THE GUIDE TO DAN BROWN'S THE SOLOMON KEY explores the topics likely to be included in Brown's upcoming bestseller - including the Founding Fathers Freemasonry the 'Skull and Bones' secret society at Yale University - to give you a better understanding of the history and facts behind Brown's research. Maps of Washington D.C. and a discussion of notable landmarks also acquaint the reader with the setting for the next Robert Langdon thriller. With no plot spoilers this is an essential primer for anyone planning to read Dan Brown's next book. Make sure you read this book before you buy The Solomon Key! The controversial storyline of The Da Vinci Code has catalysed a re-evaluation of the 'history 'which many of us were taught in school. Dan Brown's next book The Solomon Key is set to act in the same manner upon the history of the United States - outlining the Masonic ideals behind the founding of the nation and which may still have an influence today through powerful secret societies like 'Skull and Bones'.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing but the key is wanting. . . and here it is. . ., 24 Jan 2005
Quite simply, this book is excellent.

Not only is it a fantastic resource for fans of Dan Brown and the Da Vinci Code who are eager to get a sneak preview into the next book, The Solomon Key, but it also stands up as a fascinating book in its own right.

Greg Taylor has packed this book full of information and every page holds your attention. The author clearly possesses a wealth of knowledge on secret societies and in particular the secrets of the Founding Fathers of America, Freemasonry and the sacred layout of Washington D.C. Therefore, it is essential reading for anyone with even the slightest interest in hidden history and secret societies. You will not look at the world in quite the same way again after reading this!

A fantastic read - I finished it almost in one sitting. Riveting stuff.

3.0 out of 5 stars Clues for "The Solomon Key", 1 Mar 2005

(REAL NAME)
When Dan Brown's new book "The Solomon Key" comes out we will find which of the clues that Greg Taylor gave will turn out to be correct. Will the Freemasons or the Rosicrusians be the secret society under investigation? And what role will the Jesuits or the Illumintati play in the book? Taylor gives the background history of these organizations as well. Thank you, Greg Taylor for this very interesting book and for the information you pass on to us on the Daily Grail as well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Rose Briers, 24 Aug 2009
An excellent read if somewhat eager to go to print as Solomons Key is not the title of Dan Browns new book. I have no doubt though that it will have many connections. A good read in preparation for the book which comes out in September.
