Hmm. This book intends to help you use the power of your mind to improve perception, memory, creativity and physical skills and, er, become at one with the holoverse, that sort of thing. The author is fond of words like "holoverse" and phrases like "rhythms of awakening" but I don't really buy it. She clearly knows her stuff and quotes from all sorts, from Plato to Borges, but it's all too mystical for my liking and I would prefer something comparatively down-to-earth such as The Einstein Factor.
