A number of things lead one to value this as an exceptional book. Firstly, it is recommended by one of the leading spiritual philosophers of the age (Ken Wilber). Secondly the authors share decades and decades of experience in the field of human potential, and personal and social tranformation. Thirdly, the content is a finely balanced mix of practices that have been practised in groups over a number of years and honed for improvement.

The life we are given is extremely well written. No sentence has been added, one senses without thought. As one who has read a large number of self help and 'new age' books, I have gotten used to seeing familiar content rehashed. But these guys are originals. I recommend this highly....
