By the time you have finished reading the first roleplay you realise that you are onto something special. This represents a truly excellent training resource. The roleplays are comprehensively writtent and can be applied without modification. The book follows a useable six step negotiation process, with the roleplays skillfully reinforcing key stages of this process. Having used a number of other training Game / roleplay resources in the past, this work stands head and shoulders over the others for its pure useablity and well thought out approach. A great way to bring your learning alive
