1.0 out of 5 stars An Expensive Mistake, 24 Sep 2009
By Mrs. A. Williams (Surrey) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Sadly this book was totally unsuitable as the gift it was intended to be. It largely dealt with US silver, which was not what was required and which was not made clear in the titling.

The upshot was that I had to send a cheque to the recipient, who then bought his own book on English silver.

Very embarrassing. Luckily as a mother and pensioner, it was probably no more than my son expected!!!
