What disturbed me the most about the book is it's misleading title. If you have the pretension to call your book 'the complete guide to glues and adhesives' then an arts and crafts book explaining how to make some x-mass gifts and along the way also explain something about glue, won't do. The book is clearly oriented at the home user who wants to find out a little bit more about glue and adhesives, and wonders what glue to use to stick his pictures on a piece of cardboard. For the creative hobbyist this book sure has its value. It explains the pure basics of end user glues and includes some little projects like gift boxes and paper mach� items. For a designer, technically or professionally oriented user this book would be a waist of money.

I had to order two copies of this book as the first one had all the pages stuck together. The second, I found I couldn't put it down. An excellent read.
