4.0 out of 5 stars Here are some unexpected models...., 9 Nov 1998
By A Customer
The models in this book seem a little too easy for experienced folders, but indeed it contains some unexpected models. For example, "nut and bolt", a match box with matches in it(one single paper, surely), a bravo true woven dodecahedron by an A4 paper, etc. Besides, in my opinion, the lion families and rhino are the best models owing to their simplicity and beauty.

5.0 out of 5 stars A good all rounder book for the intermediate folder and abov, 15 April 2000
By A Customer
This book in my opinion is not for a beginner. It is for the intermediate folder and above. Lots of new ideas, and beautiful illustrated models at the front. Instructions are clear and concise. The book contains folding sequences for a wide range of objects, including numerous animals, nut and bolt, gift boxes, several human figures, a very ingenious cigarette box, complete with cigarettes, my favourite, a fairy, and lots more besides. A good introduction to modular origami, and instructions to his clever double star flexicube. Having met David Brill at a BOS convention, I would say that this book reflects his personality perfectly, and is as the title says - Brilliant!
