As a child, I want to have the best for my chinchilla and as I am a beginner, I want the best for it. It had good pictures and it was easy to understand. I advise it to any beginners but even though I found it helpful. I did find that it didn't give all the answers and that I had to look at in other sources. But altogether I think it was a good book.
