I found this book to mainly be American style fireplaces. I had hoped the book would offer variety and style on choosing a fireplace but unfortunatly it was mainly built in fires. The styles were dated. I work in a fireplace shop in England and had bought the book to show customers to help them choose a style maybe I will use it to show them what they do not want!
