Product Description

Product Description

A Genetic Switch is concerned with how a virus called lambda uses its genes - its DNA - to direct its growth. Biologists have long wished to know how genes are 'switched' on and off during development and, aberrantly, in diseased states.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good book for studying Gene Expression student, 27 Sep 2001
By A Customer
Only a small book contains good information on gene expression with examples of control and regulations on prokaryotes, therefore handy for student to refer to and for making good notes. There is actually a new version of this 2nd edition published by Blackswell, slightly different with most eukaryotes information is taken out.
