2.0 out of 5 stars Lacks depth and doesnt add anything to the other guides, 2 Jan 2002
By A Customer
If you have bought any other LP Indian guidebooks, you don't need to buy this one as well. If you take away the general "good to know" info in the beginning of the book (which is the same for all their guides) and the India-specific-info that is no rocket science, there is not much left. It lacks depth and is seem to be yet another extract from another LP guidebook.

4.0 out of 5 stars useful in a good little size for carrying around delhi, 16 April 2000
By A Customer
used often while trying to see all the sights of delhi, jaipur and agra. a good starting point for travellers planning day trips. could have been more informative about must sees and dont bothers - some must sees were hardly mentioned and there were many many must sees. the little maps of major sites were useful for following around where you were - we usually didnt need a guide if it was in our book. the photos were nice and we referred to it often for ideas of what to see next when planning our day.
