Review
""This is an unusually successful book as it has the coherence of a single authored book but with the range of expertise, ideas and creativity of a multiauthored book. All of the chapters are clearly written and easy to read and yet they are brim full with clinical and academic detail. It will be an important resource on the shelves of all child and adolescent units and eating disorder teams."
-Janet Treasure, Eating Disorders Unit, Institute of Psychiatry."
