Product Description

Review

A sufferer writes: This book, I can safely say, changed my entire life. I read it over and over again and I could not put it down. It all made so much sense. For the first time in my life, I could really relate to it and understand why and how I was feeling this way and most of all how I could overcome this disease.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!, 9 Feb 2006
By A Customer
As a long term suffer of anorexia, I found this book really, really thought provoking. Alot of eating disordered literature is simply annoying, but this book really made me think.
I've just another of his books too!
I would totally recommend this text! It is a fantastic read :)

4.0 out of 5 stars A Helpful Read, 2 Oct 2004
Offers insight, answers & practical advice. Not patronising or forceful. It allows you to make the process of change at the rate you want to. Meal plans etc. also included for gaining weight at a controllable rate (you control) or to remain at the weight you are etc. Target weights, helpful exercises to carry out etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars Direct and practical help for those who are ready to recover, 19 May 2000
By A Customer
This is the first book I have read which gives real practical help on how to recover from anorexia. I like its very direct approach and step by step programme. I feel it would be most useful for a sufferer if used with the support of a professional counsellor.
