About the Author
Kevin Corcoran was born in Macroom, Co Cork, where he still lives. A science teacher in the De La Salle College in Macroom, he is a biologist, artist, walker and expert naturalist who is devoted to the protection of the natural environment.

His books of walks are the result of extensive study of the areas and their natural habitats, flora and fauna, wildlife. As well as giving clear instructions and detailed maps, the books are beautifully illustrated by the author himself. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
