This is an excellent book, I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone who has an interest in either Jungian psychology or Buddhism or both. It is written clearly and concisely by someone who has a love of both systems and who has practised both. If you want a book that will tell you more about how Buddhism contributed to Jung's theories and helps you to understand more clearly the simularities between the two this is the book for you. It compares and contrasts both in a way that is understandable but also which makes one want to explore more. Buy this book, you won't be disappointed.
