This book is easy to read, and talks common sense.Just by following the suggestions I have been helped to deal with M.E/fibromyalgia.This book was recommended by counselors on a pain management course, and this book was the best thing I got out of the course.

5.0 out of 5 stars A real breakthrough, 7 May 2008
I've had this book about 4 days and have been putting some of the principles in place. It is really good and I'm enjoying reading the experiences of someone who has been through the pain and can empathise rather than being spoken at by the many physios I've been seeing.
