This is the best book about the Monkees that I have ever read. It is filled with there first meeting each other, there personal life's and how they felt at each stage in the Monkees era. I found this to be a excellent book at the back there is a list of all the shows by title and a breif discription also a discography section as well as many photos of the Monkees with there partners, during the filming of Head and early pics from the show. This book is jam packed with infomation and photos I would definatly recomend this book you will not regret it.

o.k, so it didn't tell me anything that i didn't already know, but i would still recommend 'Monkeemania!' to any fellow monkees fans. It was filled with enough information, gossip and quotes to keep me happy and included lots of photos of the guys in their 60s heyday(my only gripe would be the lack of colour pictures!). Apart from that an interesting book which seems to be written with great affection.
