This book gives you an idea of what it's like to be a Vet, and explains all about how to get experience and why experience is so important. However, I think that maybe it should have not just focused on A-level students but also on students abroad, and explain the competition for students abroad and about Vet schools in other countries. However, it is a very good book for young adults interested in pursuing Veterinary as a career. Perhaps, it could have been slightly cheaper as it is quite a thin book. I would think it most suited to people aged 13-18.

THIS BOOK IS OUTSTANDING. IT CLEARLY CONVEYS THE STRONG COMPETITION INVOLVED WHEN APPLYING FOR A VETERINARY DEGREE COURSE AND THE ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS. IT OUTLINES WHAT KIND OF STUDENTS THE VET SCHOOLS ARE LOOKING FOR AND HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR UNIVERSITY APPLICATION AND CHANCES OF ACCEPTION. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO STUDY VETERINARY SCIENCE / MEDICINE SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY THIS BOOK!
