4.0 out of 5 stars The title says it all!, 21 Aug 2001
I particularly liked the format of this book. At the beginning of the book there is a self assessment questionnaire. There are 15 questions for each of the 2 categories; The demands of your current job and your self development aspirations. depending on your answers to these questions you are directed to the relevent sections of the book which meets your needs best. i also like the way that all the topics are in alphabetical order. This means that you can dip in and out of relevent sections. The book is well written with useful tips. I would recommend it to Managers and indeed anyone who needs to improve their people skills!
