4.0 out of 5 stars An invaluable text, 4 Oct 2000
By A Customer
At first glance, this text seems to be particularly voluminous and heavy handed. However, within its context, the book sets out each aspect of employee reward clearly, and through the use of bullet points clearly summarises each chapter. Readers should not be put off by the size of the textbook, as it covers most of the aspects of its chosen subject. If you are looking for information on reward management it it sure to be included.
