4.0 out of 5 stars ITN For Beginners And Made Very Easy, 8 Mar 1999
By A Customer
This very readable book takes the trainer through everything he needs to know, in order to select the right kind and amount of training. Various tools are demonstrated and the reader is left in no doubt of the virtue of good ITN. Boydell and Leary have made a somewhat heavy subject fascinating and easy to understand. A thoroughly enjoyable read pitched at just the right level.
