With interesting photographs and inspiring text, this book, by the learned Richard W. Bagshawe, will ensure you look at your town in a different light. After devouring the information contained within this relatively short tome, you will be able to identify the partially hidden location of a Roman road, whether in a town or field. Amazing! A book suitable for both students and novice historians.
